Our story
For more than 40 years, we’ve been a steady presence in Canadian dental practice management – the
rock clinics depend on as technology, regulations, and patient expectations change.
Paradigm was built after years of seeing the same problem in dental clinics across Canada: too many
disconnected tools, too much admin work, and not enough time for patients. We started with the
workflows that matter most: scheduling, charting, billing, and recall, and built a connected platform
around them.
Today we work with clinics of every size, from single-location practices to multi-location groups. Our
work is shaped every day by feedback from dentists, hygienists, and office managers on the ground.
